Yes, the Trim Kit for Furrion Standard Microwave - Black # FMSM09BLTK and the Furrion Standard RV Microwave - 1,350 Watts - 0.9 Cu Ft - Black # FMSN09BL will be safe from melting.
These two items were designed to be able to install in cabinets on countertops or over the range.
Most common hard plastics can hold and withstand heats up to and exceeding 212°F. So as long as you mount the unit in a normal or standard place over the range and give it ample venting space it will be just fine.
