Today, well be taking a look at the RV Freshwater Hose Filter Washer in a one-inch diameter with a quantity of three per pack, part number CAM20183. All right, today were here at the back of our RV with the city water connection. Go ahead and pop it open. If you can see here theres actually already one of these filter screens in here. This is how you get the package of a three replacement screens in there. These can go in the end in here.
Simply remove this one. It just basically works out just like a standard hose washer does. This one has a built-in screen. When these get clogged up and dirty, just simply replace them. Slides in any standard, push it in and then you thread your garden hose back in. Now that we have our filter washer in place, well take our RV hose, well hook it up to our water supply here.
Simply tighten it down. Now, since it is a rubber washer with a screen built in, you are getting a sealing properties as well as getting a filtering property that helps keep any dirt and debris from actually getting in to your water supply inside your camper RV. Another application is you can actually put it on this end if you so choose 00:01:14. Simply push this in just like a standard hose washer. Again, it will simply capture any dirt and debris from making it through into whichever tank or into your water supply system inside your camper or RV. The hose filter washers have a stainless steel 60 by 50 mesh filter that traps dirt particles as well as debris.

I sometimes get grass or debris in the hose during disconnection and rolling it for storage. This little gizmo keeps stuff from traveling into the RV plumbing system.

Exactly what needed to replace screened washer on pressure regulator. The service from etrailer was very fast and pain free.
All items were received in an expedient manner. One of the items, Hose Filter Washers, were completely crushed upon arrival. While the wire mesh can probably be reformed it was an unexpected occurence.
