Today we're going to be reviewing part number CAM43676. This is a Camco Adjustable Height Platform Step. It's made from a sturdy aluminum construction. This step is going to give you an extra boost into your RV or hard to reach areas. This is going to be a great addition for your RV, home or trailer. It's going to feature the adjustable legs. It's going to let you adjust between seven and a half inches and nine inches tall and you can see that you have four different height settings to choose from.
All you've got to do is push in the pins. There's one on the front, one on the back. Then you can adjust that leg as needed. The legs also fold under for compact storage and easy set-up. The step is only going to weigh about six and a half pounds. Here on top of the platform it's got nice grip tape that is going to allow you to get a nice grip on it so provides a nonslip surface.
Then here on the end of each foot it's going to have a non-slip rubber pad that's going to ensure solid footing. Now, with it in an unfolded position if we take a measurement of the overall length, measuring from this point here to this point here, that's going to give us a measurement of about 24 inches. If we do that same measurement except with the width, that measurement's going to be right around 20 inches. Then the overall height, measuring from the ground to the top of the platform, again, at the highest setting with the legs all the way extended that's going to be nine inches and it can go all the way down to seven and a half inches. When it comes to the platform that's going to give us an overall length of about nineteen inches with an overall width of fourteen and a half. The step stool or the platform step's going to have a capacity of 1,000 pounds. Now, to get it folded into a storage position all you've got to do is push in on the pin right here on each leg and then you can push it down until it makes contact with the bottom side of the platform.
The platform measurements stay the same. The only thing that changes is the overall height and it looks like it's going to be about two and three-quarters of an inch. That's going to do it for today's review of part number CAM43676. This is the Camco Adjustable Height Platform Step. .

This is a very well built, sturdy step.
I bought this about 2 months ago and have used it quite a bit for the entrance to our motorhome.
The adjustable legs are a nice feature since we are often camping on uneven spots.
The step folds up nicely for easy storage. Thinking about buying a second one for our car trailer.

Folding step stool is very well built, easy to use and stores in small space. Great is every way, but a bit on the expensive side. However, I expect to only purchase one, and this one will last forever.

I own one of these Camco Adjustable Steps and it is well made and works perfectly but one of the rubber feet came fell off when loading up and was not missed until I got home from a festival. Guess What...Camco does not sell any replacement parts for this step!! BTW the Stromberg Carlson step sells replacement rubber feet for their steps but they are too small to fit the Camco Step. I am having a hard time believing they do not sell them so BUYER BEWARE!

Fantastic, well built, strong, sturdy and the sexiest step in the campground. I actually use this as a first step for my 90 year old mother to get up into my Tahoe. The big platform is awesome and there is just enough non-skid on the tread. Independently adjustable legs are neat, it's best to find a youngster with strong skinny fingers to make the adjustments on leg length as the appreciated tight tolerances can be fidgety... all good though!
Silver color: great visibility, very important no mater what the application.

Awesome step that replaces our camper steps that I had to remove from the camper because they were completely broken. Never thought it would be worth it to pay $100 for a step but this one is. Very solid, stable and lightweight. My only complaint is I wish it were a few inches taller. Other than that completely worth it.

Thanks George for the prompt shipment and great deal on these adjustable steps. These things are really awesome and we do a lot of camping and have needed these things for so long. We plan on using them this weekend. Whenever you have to level your camper or travel trailer on the camp side it raises your bottom step so high sometimes that is very difficult to step down or even Step Up and we have an outside kitchen and it is very hard to reach sometimes that is why we ordered two of these awesome steps and I love them because each leg adjust individually for the uneven ground they are really going to come in handy again thank you George for everything and we will be shopping again with you very soon.

The legs are easily height adjustable. It fits my need for a sturdy step stool with some width allowing two feet on the step at one time. It will e used by a student with Cerebral palsy to step on it from his wheelchair, turn and sit on the changing table. TO return to his wheel chair, the changing table will belowered nad his feet placed onthe step, Pivot turn and then sit in his wheelchair without his aide lifting him inot the wheelchair.

I bought this unit along with another cheaper steel step. This unit is much lighter, supports more weight, and is better crafted than the S-150 step. I would recommend this step for anyone that needs a boost in getting to the bottom step of your camper, or for any other purpose, like getting a dish off a higher cabinet shelf. I'm built like an offensive lineman and this supports me like a champ.

I just received this and I'm already using it instead of a little step ladder. It's steadier than the step ladder and it's much more comfortable for my feet than a narrow step is. The 9 inch rise is perfect for washing windows and dusting ceiling fans.

Just what I had been looking for. Heavy duty and the workmanship is outstanding. Great design on the leg pins so your finger does not get pinched when folding the legs down. Also it is a lot better than hauling cement blocks around for different levels.

Looks good and is sturdy. I haven't used the ajustability yet, but that looks robust, and should be helpful on uneven ground.Light weight (to carry). I'm happy with it.
Interesting side effect: to my dogs, it is like a cattle guard - they will not step on it. I think I can fix this by putting a mat on it.

This step is perfect for me. I have had two knee replacements, and the bottom step of my motor home is just too high for me to use. This has made a world of difference for me, as the height is adjustable, and now I can get into and out of my motor home without a problem. It is made very well, and is very stable, so I don't worry about falling when I use it. Big problem solved!!
