Concerned about the dual propane tanks on your RV or camper getting dirty and rusty with the incoming thunderstorm heading your way? This water-resistant cover will protect your propane tanks from rain, snow, mild sun, dirt, and grime, so you won't have to spend too much time wiping them clean. When you keep your tanks covered, they won't prematurely age, so you wont have to replace them as often.
The included, reinforced board insert should first be assembled. This will help keep the rigid shape of the top part of the cover. Then, making sure the zipper is oriented outwards, slip the cover down along your tanks until you can wrap the reinforced elastic hem around the bottom of them. This hem keeps the cover snug and secure on your propane tanks so it doesn't shift around or come off in the wind.
And if you still need to access the tank's shutoff gas valves or the propane regulator, you can use the built-in, molded zipper to easily access your tanks without having to completely remove the cover.

Terrible product!! By the 3rd. trip the particle board had shifted and torn a hole in the top. And just the wind had put 2 large holes in the front of the cover. Unless you are willing to replace it every couple of trips it's not worth bothering with.
seems to be okay. I wished a black color option was available to match the cover I replaced. Until I travel I won't know how durable it is.

The cover fits perfectly. Very snug which is what I wanted. Twin 40 lb tanks. Seems thick and good quality material. Fast ship. Fair price.
Does a good job of giving the tanks a clean look. The fit is tight. Not something you want to be taking on and off. Medium weight material. It will probably be fine for my use case but we'll see how it holds up in the weather

A year later the material looks good and remains flexible. The cover is opened twice a year and is stationary so it has not been exposed to the beating it might receive on an RV.
Couldn’t find a hard plastic cover for my 40# tanks so I gave this a shot. Zero complaints. If it lasts a couple years in the sun it’ll be worth it.
I was impressed with the thickness of the material. I use the cover on my tanks to keep heat in when I am out ice fishing and the wind is blowing and an air temp is in the negative double digits. Looking forward to no tank/regulator freeze ups at 2am.
This cover is located where it receives morning sun until noon everyday and seems to have held up very well
Easy to install and works on my Toy Hauler. Will need to watch over time to see how it handles the weather.
