We do have a Class IV trailer hitch receiver from Curt, part # C14082, that is confirmed to fit a 1996 Ford F-250/350 Cab and Chassis style frame. As long as your Ford has 34 inch frame spacing this hitch receiver will fit. It has bolt hole centers that measure 31-1/4 inches that you can use as a reference.
Since I am not entirely sure what the details of your specific frame look like, if it looks more like a standard truck then you might be needing one that fits pickups with a standard or step bumper, part # 41904. Please note that this hitch receiver will not fit regular cab models with a 6 foot bed.
If your model has a deep drop bumper then you will want to go with part # C15511 which will fit both 34 and 37-1/2 inch frames.
