The Curt Trailer hitch when combined with our 2014 Lexus RX350 provided the easiest and complete DIY install you can get! The vehicle is set up from the factory for a hitch install which set the stage for an awesome result when coupled with the Curt receiver. It could not have been a better situation!
The item arrived on time, was a perfect fit for my car, installed easily (by a professional), and has been great.
The hitch was delivered early, it was packaged great no marks or scuffs and all the hardware was in place. I installed it myself in less than 2 hours, installation was easy per instruction and video
2011 Lexus RX350: Hitch arrived faster than expected. Shipping box was damaged but thanks to proper packing there was no damage to the product. Hitch was exactly as described, fit perfectly and looked even nicer than I imagined. It looks nice because you can't really see it all. All you can see is the square tube opening where the ball mount is inserted and the safety chain loops. Even then they're hardly noticeable because they're below the bumper. I also ordered a rubber tube cover which gives it a very clean appearance. Thanks etrailer for a quality product, descriptive installation instructions and great service. The only real difficulty was lifting the hitch into place because I was doing the install by myself lying on the floor of my garage. A bit precarious at times but managed to do the complete install start to finish in less than an hour and a half. If you do have an extra pair of hands to help lift hitch into place, don't hesitate to use them.
Bought this hitch for my wife's 2014 RX-350. Installation went just as easy as the demo video explained it. As I'm not a tiny guy I put 3 inch wood blocks under the back wheels after setting the parking brake, and did the job myself. As I'm particular to do things right I took my time - totaling about 1.5 hours till all was done and everything put away. I won't actually use it till July to pull a trailer so I can't comment on how that works, but I don't expect any issues as it is bolted in place very solid.

Easy installation and nice finish on the hitch. My use is occasional light utility trailer towing and hitch mounted bike rack
We have this hitch installed on our 2011 Lexus RX 350. A local muffler installer who also does trailer hitches did the work in about an hour for about $100. It fits perfectly. We use it exclusively for mounting our Thule receiver bicycle carrier. We are totally satisfied with the hitch and the online selection process on etrailer.com. Although we did not need their phone or online support for this item, we have used their service for other products and feel we can rely on their expertise.
In the photo you can see I have not yet reinstalled the plastic molding that was removed for the installation.
Set up as described , perfect fit and install on 2013 Lexus RX 350 F - sport, took about an hour with a mechanic friend and all of the special tools, taking pop rivets out of all the trim and removing those parts was the slowest part of the entire install

Everything I had hoped it to be! The hitch was delivered right on time as promised. It is of the highest quality, and will certainly last a very long time. I like the way it fits up tight into the bottom trim of the bumper and does not extend below the lowest part of the vehicle. Looks factory but at a much lower cost.
Installation would be easier with two people, especially for lifting it into position and installing the bolts, but I was able to manage it by myself (63 years old). I really appreciate the instructional videos etrailer has created. They are clear and easily understood and I referred to them a couple of times during the process.
I'll be using this primarily to transport my bikes on a tray rack, but like the versatility that I can also use it for small trailers, etc.
For me, this was the best value hitch for the money and I'm very satisfied. I've already recommended this hitch and etrailer to family and neighbors, and can easily recommend both to all.

Easy install
Well built product; great price and quick delivery. My only comments are: 1) when you provide the directions it would be helpful if you also gave reference points like driver side and passenger side; 2) the hitch extends flush w the fascia which makes it tough to put my Bike rack on the car - all the other hitches that I see (OEM) or after market extend out at least 2 inches - would it be that much of a big deal to extend by an inch or two?

I recently saw a few ugly trailer hitches installed on Lexus RX 350's. that were big, rusty contraptions hanging below the bumpers. I wanted a hitch that would be hidden and found one on etrailer.com that actually had a great youtube video of installation. The hitch arrived the day after ordering it. I installed it myself without a hoist and it looks factory perfect. I asked trailer.com what wiring harness I would need and was told to contact the dealer who sold the car to the previous owner. With the VIN number, they quickly found out my car had the factory tow package and I knew what harness to purchase. The custom hitch was great and the customer service was the best. I highly recommend etrailer.com
Make sure you know if your Lexus is an F-Sport model or not. Your VIN decoded will help with this. I ordered the wrong one at first and realized it after I pressed Submit. Heidi, in customer service, was very helpful in getting the old order stopped and the correct item ordered. The hitch was a perfect fit. The written instructions are very detailed on how to install it and were very helpful. We only intend on using it for a Hitch Haul so I did not worry about the lights. Very simple to install, very solid, and a great value for the price compared to many others.
Does the job! Installation was straightforward with the clear instructions provided. I'd buy it again if i needed another hitch.

After a year, Ive had no problems with this hitch. Quality stuff!
The product was reasonably priced, with free shipping, and the quality was exceptional. Arrived as expected. Installation by local mechanics was quick and easy. They even mentioned the product quality was superb. The hitch was needed for a mobility scooter lift. Thank you.
Installed the hitch in about an hour. Didn't have a lift to use, so we jacked up the rear end and put the car on stands. Things went very well. The hitch was as advertised. Thanks.
The delivery is quick, but it didn't pack well. The cover box was broken and my trailer hitch was exposed and got a little bit damage. It's a heavy part and suggest you can have some corrugated paper to protect the edge. Otherwise, this heavy part would punch through the box easily during the delivery.

Needed a hitch on our new car for our bike rack. This one fit the car perfectly, hardly shows at all.
Now our RX is ready for the bike rack. Not conspicuous but ready when we want to load the bikes and go. Could not have asked for better product and service.
The hitch was extremely easy to install and has worked flawlessly. The instructions were clear and easy to use and I highly recommend this hitch.
The instructions were precise. It took me about 90 minutes to install without any help. Another person would have made it much faster and easier. It looks great as hardly even noticeably. The electrical was done at the same time. As vehicle was tow prepped it was a plug in and couple of nylon ties.

The hitch was as advertised and appears to be well made. The install instructions were based upon a 2010 Lexus RX350 and I installed the hitch on a 2013 Lexus RX350 without any problem. The install took me about 3 hours working alone without any power tools or lifts. I'm sure a younger person could do it must faster.
