We offer three brands of Class III hitch for your 2010 Lexus RX 350 that can be seen on the linked page. All of them require SOME amount of trimming of the rear fascia but none requires any drilling.
Between the options I recommend the Curt # C13143 because it is lowest in price and has a higher tongue weight capacity (600-lbs) than the Draw-Tite # 75676.
All hitches include the required mounting hardware; written instructions, a video and an article on hitch installation are linked also.
If you will be towing a trailer you'll need a wiring harness # C55563 and you also will need a ball mount, hitch ball and pin and clip. I suggest the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900 which will save you money over buying the individual parts.
