We do have exactly what you need, however the Hidden Hitch Class II Trailer Hitch Receiver # 90092 that you referenced is not a fit for your 2011 Lexus RX 350. This particular hitch is designed for certain model years of the Mercury Cougar and Ford Thunderbird so it's not going to line up with the frame on your Lexus.
For your Lexus I recommend the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch # C13143 instead that represents the strongest unit available for your vehicle and is made right here in the USA. This is confirmed to fit your Lexus RX 350 and because it will use existing holes in the vehicle's frame you will NOT have to do any drilling at all during installation. This will be a simple bolt-on application. Some fascia trimming is also required just to allow room for the hitch receiver to sit under the vehicle.
I have included an installation video on your 2011 RX 350 that you can use for reference. All of the needed hardware is included.
