We have just what you're looking for. There are a few things you'll need for a complete towing package: hitch, wiring, ball mount, hitch ball and hitch pin/clips.
For a hitch I recommend using the Curt # C13143 because of the higher quality powder coat on the Curt hitches, which tends to stand up to the rigors of the road a bit better than the others available. This hitch has a 2" receiver and will bolt onto your 2010 Lexus RX 350 without any drilling required.
For wiring, I recommend using the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118255 which will easily install by teeing into the plug-in behind the bumper on the driver's side and provide you with a 4 way connector to power your trailer's lights.
To round out your towing package I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 since it comes with 2 ball mounts with different rise/drops, both 1-7/8" and 2" hitch balls, hitch pin, clips and a carrying bag to keep everything in. This is going to provide you with the ability to cover a variety of different towing setups that you might encounter in terms of coupler size and trailer heights, so it's a great solution if you either don't know what you'll be towing or could be towing a few different trailers.
I've linked some installation and review videos on these parts that I recommend having a look at as well.
