Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13143 is an excellent choice for your 2010 Lexus RX 350.
We have a number of bike racks that will fit a hitch receiver opening of 2" and the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style part # S64650 is one of them. Although the Swagman XC is a great bike rack, the clearance between the center of the hitch pin hole and closest part of the bike rack is not ideal.
For an even greater distance, I recommend the Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack part # S44FR. Not only will the Swagman Dispatch provide additional clearance between the hatch and bike rack, it will also allow you to fold the upright arm down, with the bikes off, to allow access to the rear cargo area. In addition to these features, the Swagman Dispatch also comes with a thread locking hitch pin and cable lock.
I have attached a review video for each of these products for you.
