RV Sealant - Non-Sag vs Self-Leveling
The kind of sealant you apply to your RV is important. To determine the type of sealant you need for your application, you will want to consider what it is you are sealing and where it is on your RV.
Self-leveling sealant is designed to level out as you apply it. The thick liquid slowly flows into a level position as gravity takes effect. This is particularly useful when sealing flat surfaces, like around a roof vent, AC, or skylight. As you apply the sealant, gravity will cause it to settle into an even line, giving you a clean, low-profile look.
Non-sag sealant is designed to retain its shape as you apply it. The consistency of the liquid is thick but malleable enough to be easily applied without causing sagging or slumping. This is useful when sealing vertical surfaces, such as the edges of a wall, window, or vent. As you apply the sealant, it will harden just enough to keep the liquid from drooping, giving you a clean, even look.

Was a very easy job to install back cover received with one broken tab but seems to be strong enough. Very slow shipping and didn’t want to look at the broken awning cover so installed new back cover with one tab broken. Very well packaged. And the tab was not in bag. Not likely to use this company again

The fact that it made it to Alaska in one piece is amazing all by itself. My last three attempts via other vendors have either never made it or been unusable after taking an international tour to Guam from the US seller for some reason. Looking forward to putting it use as soon the snow and ice melts!!

Haven't used the product yet, but it took a beating during shipping. Placing a sealant tube in an envelope and hoping for the best didn't work out. Hopefully it will still work.

- Mounting Hole Spacing Of The Quest Marine Speakers # 292-100161 The mounting holes for the Quest Marine Speaker # 292-100161 are 6-3/8" from center to center. There is not a seal of the back of the unit so I recommend using some butyl tape # AL28KV on the back to prevent water from leaking through. We do not currently have grills available for this speaker but do offer a wide variety of speakers that come with grills if you could provide me with the size of the cutout hole you're placing the speaker in.
