It’s great I have used this product for years the only problem I have is other people like it to so I don’t leave it in the hitch anymore this is the third one I have owned

Use these convert a balls as a security measure. I just put it in my hitch and lock down the lever to keep thieves from steeling my trailer. Once locked in place it would be hard for thieves to steal trailer without seriously disfiguring the hitch. Works great for this application.
I got the ball and pin. However I ordered the wrong ball, but was able to use the pin for my hitch. My bad... The 2" ball had a round hole the hitch I have has 6 sides..thanks

I would have noted excellent, but it did not fit the type of interchangeable towing ball system that I have. The pin/shaft on mine is hexagonal shaped, this one fits a cylindrical shaped shaft. Will need to return.
This is a great system for towing . I would not recommend leaving the ball on the shank as someone may like it better than you. That goes to show how good a product it is.
I got exactly what I ordered. It was a lot easier that shopping around for 2 inch trailer convert a ball. Happy I got 2.
This is the second time I have bought something from etrailer and the second time I have been satisfied. They promptly sent the 2" converta-ball replacement I ordered just two days ago.

I had lost the 2" ball from my three size set and found the replacement for it by surfing the internet. I requested some information from a couple of sites and you folks were the quickest to respond. I ordered and promptly received the product. I have only good things to say about the process.

not much to say about a trailer hitch ball it works.
I have used these balls for years the one i am retiring has seen 20 yrs of use,finally the pin wouldnt stay in but since i have a boat repair business it is used daily thanks..joe

Been using these for 20 yrs on the ranch, wore the 2” out where the pin wouldn’t stay in, couldn’t find a replacement locally. New one from etrailer works as advertised and is of good quality.
Shipping time was very good. Merchandise was in good shape. Ordering was easy Videos were great. Nice touch!!

We use this system for our company tow vehicle, a Ford Transit van. Its great to be able to go between a 2-5/16, 2, and even 1-7/8 diameter tow ball in seconds without carrying around extra hitch shanks or having to remove them from the truck. Just yesterday I needed to quickly switch between a larger size tow ball and pulled this 2 ball out to move a travel trailer around a yard. It has been nothing but solid and I cant help but recommend the system for those who want a heavy duty and interchangeable tow system. Thanks!
