2008 Cadillac STS
It arrived fast. You can’t see it in less you lay on the ground. This makes the Wife and owner of the Caddy Happy! We installed it on a 2008 STS. Yes I did drive the Car rear up car ramps and released three muffler hangers on each side to gain the access I needed. I followed the instructions provided and drilled the pilot holes from below. Then I drilled 1/2” holes from inside trunk. I held the hitch in place the entire time with a floor jack from Harbor Freight. Start to finish (not counting time for CO preventive sealant to dry) it to me @ 63 year old just 2 hours.

We put the hitch on last year along with a carrier to help with items taking on our beach vacation and all was great. Will put the carrier on the hitch again this year for vacation.

I bought a trailer hitch for a Cadillac CTS, and although I didn't install it yet it looks pretty straightforward, I was glad for the quick shipping and the product looks to be of good quality, it was also nice that they provided me tracking information. I will know more in when I install this .

I ordered a wrong trailer hitch for my Cadillac CTS by online by mistake. When I called the customer service, the representative, Karen, took care of the wrong order professionally. She also recommended me a better wiring kit, but lower price, for my needs and saved my money.

The hitch is fine, however it was hanging halfway out of the box when it got here! Luckily all the small parts and other parts I ordered were taped to it VERY well, nothing lost. (there were no instructions with the wire harness but I'll figure it out)

I use it to tow my 16 john boat around. The STS is pretty low to the ground and the hitch will bottom out in a big dip or high spot but its unscathed otherwise. It just works.
