There is not a motorcycle carrier that will work with your 2008 Cadillac CTS but I do have an option for you if you truly have a small dirt bike or trail bike. All of the trailer hitches for that vehicle are a Class 1 hitch like # 24767 that will only allow 200 lbs of total tongue weight on the hitch. The best option if your dirt bike is small and light enough is to use the 19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Steel # C18110. This carrier is only 30 lbs and is rated to work with a Class I hitch receiver, so you can carry up to 170 lbs .
If you small dirt bike fits on this, you can use the Erickson Ratcheting Motorcycle Tie-Down Straps w Long Safety Hooks - 1"x6' - 400 lb - Qty 2 # EM05710 to secure it to your carrier.
