  I do have an option for a 2020 Ram 3500 but the Reese 18K Signature Series 5th Wheel Hitch is not compatible nor is than any adapter that will allow it to be. Instead, I recommend the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30918 which is an updated version of the Reese 18K Signature Series 5th Wheel Hitch. The correct wedge for the Reese M5 is the Replacement Universal Wedge for 5th Airborne Sidewinders part # 201100.

  In most cases, the universal wedge that comes with the Sidewinder will work. For a Reese 16k hitch like # RP30051, the universal wedge is all you will need. Keep in mind that the hitch will need to always remain locked in the towing position and never slid forward with the Sidewinder installed. Doing so would create problems with too much stress on the system, move the trailer weight too far behind the rear axle of the towing vehicle, and could interfere with the truck tailgate.
