What Type of Maintenance is Required from Reese Revolution Pin Box
Question:
What kind of maintenance is necessary on this pin box
asked by: Mike S
Helpful Expert Reply:
The manufacturer of the Reese Revolution pin box recommends that to maintain easy hookup you frequently need to lubricate the wedge surfaces, back side of the king pin, and the skid plate surface. The bearing surfaces of the Revolution arm can also be lubricated if stiff, using white lithium grease. Page 4 of the linked instructions illustrates the lubrication points. I have also linked a brief article concerning Sidewinder lubrication.
For grease we have the part # L11354 which would work well.
