In order to adjust the tension on the Curt Weight Distribution Systems like part # C17002 you will first want to flip the bracket down, towards the ground. Once the bracket is flipped downward you can place one of the links through the hook end of the bracket. Then you can snap the bracket up using the included lift handle (Lift Handle for Curt Weight Distribution Systems part # C17112). In order to use the Replacement Mounting Kit Bracket # 5280 you'll just want to use small/short screws that can be screwed into the spots where the clips on the # 6927 would normally fit on the side of the Primus IQ # TK90160. I reached out to my contact at Kat's Heaters and he said when the Ceramic Interior Heater with Fan # KH37500 is switched to 150W it will draw 12.5 amps. When switched to 300W it will draw 25 amps. The difference between the two settings in terms of performance is its heat output (you will get a stronger/higher heat output with the higher wattage). Anytime that you use tire chains there is a possibility that may slightly scratch your wheels if they are not installed correctly. I was able to determine from your picture that you have the older style of Thule Flat Top TH725 which we have an adapter to allow the rack to fit into roof top channels with part # Xadapt2. This would be the adapter you'd need if your bars have channels that run down the middle of them.

I checked with the manufacturer and confirmed that the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors # LO54FR do fit the new body style of the 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500. You will definitely want to install the included air hose kit with the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4118, as there likely won't be enough room to add air directly to the fittings on the bags, especially if the vehicle is loaded with any kind of cargo.

The trailer running light fuse on a 2018 Ram 1500/2500/3500 will be located in the engine bay fuse box, a blue 20 amp fuse in the F29 cavity. If the filament is intact then you will want to test for power on the running light wire behind the trailer connector (usually brown) to see if there is power. It sounds like you've isolated the issue to your 7 way connection on the truck, and the left turn signal/brake light is controlled by the circuit at 9 o'clock when looking at the front of your vehicle's 7 way connection (most likely a yellow or red wire).
