Where Is the Plug Located for the Custom Third Brake Light Camera On a 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500

The plug for the t connection I believe is on the right side not left side of the connectors behind glove compartment Also the power tape wire has two purple /yellow tracer wires of different diameters.Heavy and light

In regards to the Custom Third Brake Light Camera part # 3460010 which is a fit for a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with 8" monitor, the plug location is indeed behind the glove box. In regards to the Custom Third Brake Light Camera part # 3460011 which is a fit for a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with 7" monitor, the plug location is behind the monitor. I am not sure what wires you are referencing but the best power source to use would be the two wires behind the cigarette lighter plug. In order to find the correct one you will need to test for power with a circuit tester. The wire colors can vary by model year so it is best to test for power with a circuit tester before splicing.
