Snow Chains for 275/45R20 Tires on a 2017 Volvo XC90
Question:
Which chains do you recommend for my 2017 Volvo XC90 275-45/R20. My Volvo dealer does not have/recommend snow chains for my size tires. Volvo recommends a snow tire sock... I’m hoping maybe you have come up with something that’ll fit my tire size over the last couple of years.

For low clearance situations we have the Konig K-Summit tire chains. These have a very unique style as they secure via lug nut and then the chain rests on the tread of the tire only. Since the chain doesn't wrap around the back of the tire and "hug" it this means that this chain can be used in most applications where a snow chain would damage components on a vehicle.
The correct K-Summit for the 275/45R20 tires on your 2017 Volvo XC90 you need the XXL - Size K67 # TH2004565767. Please note that when I looked up the online version of your owner's manual it stated that snow chains should not be used on wheels larger than 19" so if you were to use the K-Summit chains that would be at your own discretion.
