Towing capacities sometimes can be hard to figure out and it can seem like there is conflicting info but on your 2020 Ram 2500 the towing capacity is spelled out pretty easily as it can tow up to 25,000 lbs of trailer weight with a pin weight capacity of 3,750 lbs. As that sits, the hitch is height adjustable from 17-1/2 inches up to 21-1/2 inches in height.
