Draw-Tite Hitch # 65063 Measurements For A 2015 Ram 1500

Question:

I have a Ram 1500 4x4 that I would like to put a front receiver on, but I dont want the receiver below the bumper. I like the way the 65063 looks on the Ram 2500 and I would like to install a front receiver in similar fashion. I do understand that Ill have to cut a whole in my bumper and I am OK with that. My question is could you please give me the following dimensions so I can see if this will even bolt up to my frame? Reference attached drawing: Dimensions 1 and 2 are to see if I can get away with just a small hole for the receiver tube. 3, 4, and 5 are to see if it will mount to my frame.

I've pulled the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65063 and here are your measurements.
1: 29-1/4"
2: 3-1/2"
3: 32"
4: 5"
5: 2-1/4"
