I have a couple of options for hitches for your 2023 Ram 5500 depending on whether or not you want a 2" receiver or a 2-1/2" receiver. I have listed both options below:

I went out to the warehouse and took measurements of the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" Item # 65063. The center to center distance between the 2 inner sets of holes is 32-1/8 inches. I have included a picture of this and other measurements for you.
I have not heard of anyone installing this hitch on a 2016 Ram 5500 but if it is the same as a 2500 or 3500 then it should fit. There just isn't any test data for a 5500. view full answer...

The B and W Continuum # BW78FR weights 110 lbs but this does not count against the tongue weight capacity of your hitch. B and W states that this essentially becomes a part of the vehicle hitch so it's additional weight does not need to get factored. view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V - 2-1/2", # DT45518, is for a 2017 Ram 2500 or 3500 but not the Cab and Chassis model. For that you would want the Draw-Tite # 41952 for 2500, 3500, and 5500. I contacted Cequent who is the parent company of Draw-Tite and they gave me the dimensions for this hitch. It is 7-1/2 inches drop from the bottom of the frame to the top of the receiver collar and 8 inches to the top of the inside of the receiver tube.

The towing capacity of the Reese Low-Profile 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30054 that you referenced is 30,000 lbs total trailer weight. The numbers you mentioned would put the trailer right at 30,000 lbs which would be fine but you'd need to verify the loaded weight to be sure. view full answer...
The weight capacity for the suspension enhancement kits we offer can be confusing in how it's listed but basically the kits provide their capacity in additional suspension support. So it adds that much support to the vehicle's capacity already listed. For example the part # TDR5500 would add an additional 12,000 lbs of suspension support to the vehicle.
