Ordered for my 2010 Toyota Tundra. Parts came quickly and had them installed in about 20 minutes. Just needed a good vehicle jack and impact wrench and was very easy. These have greatly reduced the sag when pulling my camper and very satisfied.
The factory bump stops were harsh. These engage sooner and while firm they do not crash like the OEM.

These do what they're built to do. I overland a lot so when the truck gets weighed down with gear she tends to squat a little and when I go through bumpy areas the factory stops would slam the frame. No any more with these Active Bump Stops. A much smoother ride and less body roll when cornering.
Well after used the Chat online with Carol I ordered. Paid for 2 day shipping. Got it in 2 days.

They seem to perform just fine, absorbing bumps and impacts etc. However they collect water like little buckets and the bolts are clearly corroding on the inside of the bumpstops since they have no drainage. Adding a way for water to escape faster than evaporation would be a good improvement to the product!
I had these on my Tacoma and liked the way they worked so much that I got a set for my new to me Tundra. You don't notice anything until you put a load on the truck. Then you feel more stable under load and don't have to worry as much about the leaf springs. The install was done in 15 minutes
Work great, save my air bags from getting pinched if I let them get deflated.
Installation was a breeze! Followed the instructions and lifted the truck up using a jack under my hitch, loosened the u-bolts, removed the factory bump stops and installed the timbrens! Took 5 minutes for each side, and 5 minutes to setup and take down setup. 15 minutes max. Very easy to do. I believe I am going to need a 1” spacer as I have 1.5” Icon add-a-leaf packs in order to get them to engage while towing.
I have had Timbrens on several trucks! I always thought they worked great! I plan on putting these on a new Tacoma, which I will not yet until the end of September so I hope they fit! They are a very good product otherwise I would not use them!
Very effective upgrade and install wasn’t to bad either. Highly recommended! 2003 Toyota Tundra.

Very easy to install.
It only took less then 30 minutes to install, What a big improvement!! Installed on a 2022 Toyota Tacoma Off Road, towing a 2018 Coachman Ultra Lite, 5900 lbs.
Correct hardware for install was not included, I bolted them right to the frame and the axle come up to them. They are great I haul heavy loads long distances and they exceed my expectations. Way better than the air bags that my tire wore holes in while off roading. These rubber bump stops are bullet proof and worry free

timbren were a perfect fit for my tacoma and was able to install the parts on myself they will make a big difference for leveling out the vehicle when pulling my travel trailer
I have a medium-duty truck and recently purchased a camp trailer. Well, when I pulled the trailer home for the first time the back of the truck was weighed down. I installed the new Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops and they improved the load capacity immensely. When I get the cash saved up I plan on purchasing the Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops for the front. Worth every penny.

Easy Install, about an hour each side.
Changes nothing to standard suspension until there is a load on them. When loaded you don’t have the banging with regular stops and steering and cornering are the same as unloaded. The biggest load I’ve carried is 3,400 lbs.
Make sure you check load rating on your tires before you add that much weight.
Would not have been able to tow 16 foot airstream without them. My Toyota Tacoma needs all the help it can get for towing any weight.
work fine for what I need . Im using in couple with air lift bags. But I fell are to tall and affect the rear suspention ride and travel .They do stop any bottoming which is what they are meant to do.
I've had them on every truck I've owned, and I like them.
These were a breeze to install with rear of my Frontier Pro4X on ramps. they fit perfectly, and are a drastic improvement over the rock hard rubber factory bump stops.

The Timbren OffRoad bumpstops have been working great, ride quality is much improved when suspension bottoms out and these are great bumpstops. Intstallation was a breeze.
I've got a 2019 Tacoma TRD Offroad Double Cab with otherwise stock suspension: Bilsteins and 4 leaf spring in rears. GVWR is 5600lbs and I run it at about 5200lbs with all my racks and add-ons. I've only off roaded a couple times (with even more load) and didn't have any issues bottoming out my stoppers, but I often jarringly hit my stoppers in the streets of San Francisco, most notably heading east on Fulton St at 43rd Ave at a bus stop transition (35 mph speed limit). I was hoping this quick fix would alleviate the problem without stiffening my normal ride. I find the truck, when unladen, is bouncy at highway speeds on concrete roadways (gets a sea sick inducing bounce when the suspension becomes harmonic with the cracks and surface waves), so I didn't want to tighten up the suspension at all.
I got the Timbren Active Offroad bump stops yesterday and it took me just over 30 mins to install with no hassle. There is only a hair gap between the top of the bump pad and the frame when parked. I took it for a test drive through the neighborhood and it felt like it did stiffen the ride a little bit, but had more control over bumps and dips, and less side sway. Then this morning I took it to the fateful Fulton test spot. Boy did it hit hard today. The change in my trays didn't go flying as usual, but I did bottom out the new bump stops with a thud. So their performance was not as great as I had hoped, but it did make it a little better. My expectation may not be reasonable, but I thought its road performance with be better than off road (I guess you go slower off road though). I'll have to see over time and perhaps consider more suspension upgrades. One thing I am curious about is how much bed sag I will have if I'm hauling stone. I've ridden on the stock bump stops with trips from the yard, so although these are not designed for towing or hauling, I'm hoping they will help the sag some. Maybe I can update this in a few weeks.
The Timbren bumpstops improved not only the loaded ride of the frontier, they also, imho, helped with the unloaded ride. This was on a 2018 frontier, the factory leaf spring pack is not made for hauling much, or a trailer with any tongue weight over 200#'s.
I had an issue with missing\wrong parts, I called e-trailer, they where wonderful to work with on fixing this issue.
I threw these on a Toyota Tacoma TRD in hopes of eliminating bottoming out on the suspension and increasing pay load a bit. I use the truck mainly for work around my farm and as my off road machine. I am more than impressed on what the Timbren bump stops delivered. The ride is softer in rough terrain and the truck barely squats when loaded full of feed or piled high with fuel, gear and animals during hunting season.

I pull a 20 ft car hauler with the Tundra and recently hauled a car to Arizona then hauled another back. The frame just touches the top of the Timbren when loaded. After 3,000 miles of driving I am even more convinced that this is a great product. The truck never squats from trailer load and the Timbren also keeps the ride smooth straight and steady when pulling a load. When unloaded there is about a one inch gap between the frame and the Timbren so it drives like stock when lightly loaded or unloaded.
