Use this reflective tape to clearly mark your truck or trailer in accordance with DOT regulations. Optronics Reflexite conspicuity tape stays where you put it. This tape boasts the strongest adhesive in the business, and 100% of the tape sticks to the surface you are applying to - there are no grid lines or pockets to fill with water and cause tape lift. The technologically advanced tape allows light to strike each of the three surfaces of its microprism. That gives you more reflective surface area than a glass bead, so the tape reflects up to 250% more light. The tape is perforated so it's easier to install. Optronics conspicuity tape allows other drivers to see your truck or trailer from a long distance away.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Optronics Conspicuity Reflective Tape. It's got the alternating red and silver reflecting pattern, that's going to make your truck or trailer more visible in low-light conditions. It's got the six inch long silver, and the six inch long red alternating design throughout the entire length of the tape. The technologically advanced microprismatic design is going to provide superior long-distance visibility. It's also impact resistant so it's going to maintain performance even through rough conditions. It will withstand high-pressure washing.
It can be cut or riveted without damaging it's ability to reflect light. It's overall, just got a very strong, durable construction which means no delamination. On the top coat, or on the top of the tape, we're going to have a UV top coating. It's going to do a great job at resisting fading, so we don't have to worry about color fading. It going to last a long time. It's going to feature high-strength adhesive which is going to resist tape edge lift.
100% of the tape sticks to the surface you're applying it too. There's no grid lines or pockets to fill with water and cause tape lift. The DOT or Department of Transportation certification is clearly and easily visible right there on the tape. This is designed to easily apply to flat, round or curved surfaces. It's made of a flexible, polyester, metalized film and it is repositionable during installation.
It cures in twenty-four hours so keep that in mind. When it comes to dimensions, the entire roll is going to measure 150 feet long. It's going to give us a width of 2 inches, and when it comes to the thickness, it's .008 inches thick, so extremely low-profile design. That's going to do it for today's look at the Optronics Conspicuity Reflective Tape.

Seems to stick great and great reflectivity. I didn't realize it was cut in 12" sections. I had planned to used long pieces for the side of the trailer, but the 12" sections ended up working well, and may have been easier to apply.

This is a very good product, it was easy to install because the silver and red have a cut lines so you can peel off individual. You can put it on as a long solid run also. Works really good well satisfied with Quality of the product and wood buy again. Price beats competition Hands-down.
