Purchased to stabilize my recently obtained trailer for hauling my tractor. The jacks add a great deal of security and safety to the operation by allowing me to block the downward movement of the rear of the trailer while driving the tractor onto it, then being able to remove them once loaded for transport.

1 Dia edge margin for 5/8" dia. nom. pin with 3/8" shoulder to weld to your trailer
Cons: Slic pin provided instead of a more positive Clevis Pin
I measured 15-3/8" to center of the Slic pin (retracted) and 30-1/4" (extended) after 110 +/- 5 cranks.

I posted under the bearings. Jack is to replace tongue jack that the new truck tailgate hits. Went not in use it's removed and put inside trailer.

I have to admit I was surprised when the jack came in the mail as its heavier then many other products I have looked at. It makes it all worth while when I put it on the trailer and the ease and speed that it raised and lowered my trailer. And for a great price.

This is exactly the jack I was looking for, to replace a bolt-on jack on my trailer that did not lift it high enough. An hour after UPS delivered the jack, it was welded to the trailer and works perfectly! Very well designed, and in fact this is the same jack I installed on an older equipment trailer I had a few years ago. I have used these Jacks for other than lifting a trailer. Four on a top conveyor, adjustable for different product widths and another moving a slide gate for a metering screw conveyor. They work great!

I was assuming that the female pipe end would simply slip over the existing welded on male pipe end that is on the trailer - and I was right. The problem I ran into was that the holes didn't line up because of the existing pipe weld. Not a product defect, just something I wasn't anticipating. Fortunately I know a guy who easily removed the existing male end and was able to attach the included female end which worked perfectly. The crank is VERY easy to use.

My husband is up in age as we all get there sooner or later. He needed to replace the bathroom sink, and refuses to get a plumber for their prices. A swivel jack will swivel up and out of the way totally when not in use and will give you maximum ground clearance for when you are off-road.
