Question:
Can a leg be added to this jack? If not, are there any similar that can?

We do have other swivel jacks with the same weight rating that will allow you to use a foot like part # FA88-00-4500, but since the Pro Series Jack # PS1401440303 that you referenced has the foot plate welded to the inner leg you will need to go with the Pro Series # PS1400800383 instead.
You can have the pipe mount # TJP-OP58 welded to the jack and the pipe mount # BD005024 welded to your trailer so that the jack can swivel if that is what you are wanting.
