This hub-and-drum assembly meets the requirements for certification by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA). The CSA creates standards, which when complied with ensure a safe and quality product. This assembly underwent extensive testing to measure stopping distances when braking. This assembly has also been tested by QAI for braking performance in a complete automotive setup and under real-world conditions to provide the most realistic scenario for the everyday driver.
The grease cap on this hub-and-drum assembly is specially designed to work with your Dexter E-Z Lube or etrailer Easy Grease axle to make lubricating bearings quick and easy. Just remove the plug on the grease cap, attach a grease gun to the zerk fitting on the end of the spindle, and inject the grease. It will flow easily to both inner and outer bearings. Not only does this make lubricating the bearings easy, but it also helps to prevent corrosion of the hub. This is because you can lubricate the bearings without the mess of taking apart the entire assembly.
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: 8 on 6-1/2 means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: 5 on 4-1/2 means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
Measuring the distance (D) from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Inner bearing (25580) and race, outer bearing (15123) and race, grease seal, grease cap, and nuts included.This was the perfect solution for my M1101 Silver Eagle Military Trailer. I wanted to match the wheels and tires to my towing vehicle, my Tacoma. After looking at other options that would change the 8 bolt pattern to a 6 bolt, but not feeling comfortable with their durability, I talked to Lauren at etrailer. She assured me she could match the hub and drum and give me the bolt pattern I needed. This solution was inexpensive and the hub and drums are high quality. I highly recommend this solution to anyone trying to do the same thing! My hat is off to Lauren and etrailer. They have my business from here on out!
Product is 5 stars, Joshua B’s expertise is 5 stars but the packaging really needs to be improved. 60lbs of steel floating in a cardboard box isn’t a good idea.
Putting complete brakes on a dual axle enclosed trailer today. Everything looks good except someone sent us the WRONG grease seals the 5200 pound axle I have calls for a TCM21334TC or 10-10 seal with an inside of 2.12 and outside 3.37 what I was sent was a GS225ODL inside seems to be 2.25 outside 3.37 way to big. Stopped us dead in the water no local stores even had them in stock. Not happy today. I know things willbe made right, but now I've lost the use of my shop and trailer until the right parts get here.

In the product description, it is stated that the drum includes a # GS2250DL grease seal, which has an Inner diameter of 2.25 and an outer diameter of 3.376 inches.
