I had originally ordered the DrawTite hitch because it was cheaper ($150 versus $170 for this one), but when etrailer notified me that the DrawTite wouldn't ship for 2 months, I cancelled that order and ordered the Curt hitch which happened to be immediately available. I'm really glad it worked out that way - because I think the Curt hitch looks a whole lot better.
Specifically, the only thing visible after you install it is the receiver element and safety chain loops - you don't see the crossbar and that makes for a very clean and complimentary look on this car. The DrawTite (and others) have the crossbar visible from side to side and I just don't think that looks good on a curvy car like the Dart. The penalty for this is that there is a little more work in the installation but it's no big deal - and I was able to snake mine into place without removing the rubber exhaust hangers, so the bulk of the installation time was spent removing the various aero shields and the chrome exhaust trim and then getting all that back on afterwards.
My Dart is not recommended for towing and the only reason I bought the hitch is to use a platform style bicycle rack. My trunk rack was just too big a hassle to keep strapping on and off all the time, and my wife's bike is a step-through that requires that annoying extra bar to put it on the rack so I wanted to switch to a platform style hitch rack and bought the Thule 990XT DoubleTrack (also available at etrailer, but I didn't get mine there). I've attached some pictures of the final configuration with the bike rack on. I didn't think to take any during the installation (sorry). Overall a very easy install, after backing the car onto a set of ramps it took me about an hour from cutting open the box to putting the last aero shield screw back in place. Instructions were great, all the hardware was there, no issues - I'd highly recommend this hitch to any Dart owner.
This is a well made hitch that fit my 2014 Dodge Dart GT perfectly. Installation took two people and about one hour and 15 minutes to install. It required one very minor adjustment to the trim - other than that installation was very straightforward. It is a heavier hitch that seems well built. All of the mounting hardware is included, and it even comes with a hitch pin and key. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a receiver hitch for a smaller car.

Fairly straightforward install and cleaner look and better clearance than other options available, but is a little more work than the others. This hitch requires trimming of plastic, which is no big deal but if there was a template included would be a improvement.
My only grip about this is theres no option for a 2" receiver. I know the car cant haul much, but majority of racks and add ons run 2". When using adapter it just creates too much play. Which is no fault to the product itself.

I have a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT and this hitch looks great. The instructions stated 40 min install time. I was just over an hour. Probably could have done it quicker if I lifted the car and had a second set of hands. Overall the install was easy and it looks clean. I would definitely order from etrailer again. For now ... I am putting my bike on the hitch rack and hitting the trails.
Rather than review the product (which is excellent), I wanted to complement the pricing, communications and level of service. Delivery was fast.
