This steel fender step provides access to the bed of your trailer from the side. Bolt it directly onto your trailer's 2" wide frame with the included U-bolt. Galvanized steel construction is durable and corrosion resistant.

Mounting the Step
Mounting the fender step is easy. To mount the step to your trailer's frame, use the mounting slots on top (2-15/16" long x 9/16" wide). Just attach the step with the included U-bolt. The mounting slots on the side (1-1/2" long x 7/16" wide) allow you to mount the step to your fender if you choose. The 9/16" hole in the side of the step allows you to run wiring for your trailer tail light, if you choose to keep it near the frame of the trailer.
Galvanized Steel
Galvanized steel parts are hot-dipped in zinc after being stamped. This creates a coating that is typically 3 mil to 5 mil thick. This thick, all-around coating allows galvanized steel products to provide years of use without rusting or corroding.
