Today, we're going to take a look at the J.R. Products Two Inch by 10 Inch Steel Un-dampered RV Floor Register in the brown color. Now this is an un-dampered floor register, which will replace a worn or damaged floor register in your RV. And when we say un-dampered, that just means there's no dampener vent in here that controls the air flow. It has a durable steel construction. Has a nice long lasting brown powder coat finish to it.
And this does replace the original two inch by 10 inch replacement size register on your RV. A few dimensions on this, I'm going to give you first the overall and then the cutout dimensions. So overall dimension on this lengthwise is 11-and-a-half inches. Width wise is three-and-three-quarter inches wide. Cut out dimension is going to be right at two inches wide.
And the length is right at nine-and-three-quarter inches long. But that should do it for the review on the J.R. Products two inch by 10 inch Steel Un-dampered RV Floor Register in the brown color.

My 5th wheel trailer had plastic floor vents and they easily broke if you stepped on them incorrectly. Naturally, stepping on one with your heal was all it took to break them. I originally replaced one with a plastic one I found at a local RV store. After breaking the second one I went to etrailer where I found the metal floor vent. I ordered three and replace all of them in my trailer. Easy to order, arrived withing just a few days (as promised), and installed with no issue. I'll go to etrailer each time I need RV parts.
I found the color a little darker than the picture shows.
Fit just fine. Register grate is slightly smaller than the original plastic one, but I still have flooring under the screw holes.
Looks good. It would be nice if it came with screws.

I purchased a 2014 RV that needed these register covers replaced. They fit perfectly and the description on the sizing was precise.
I have bought 2 of these Metal floor registers. Much better than the plastic ones that came with my travel travel trailer.
No cracking or breaking like the plastic ones. From now on I will only buy these metal ones.
I gave the exact dimensions of my floor vents in our trailer and was told that you had exact fit. However, when they arrived they were over a 1/4 of an inch off both width and length.
That's the only reason for 3 stars, overall I'm happy cause we're replacing the carpet with vinyl flooring so the fact that they don't fit will not be an issue.

replaced the oem plastic ones in our 5th wheel. they kept breaking if you stepped on them. these fit perfect look way better and dont poke into bare feet like the plastic ones did. very happy and would recommend. make sure you measure your old ones so you get the right size
As usual etrailer was great to deal with. Order was delivered quickly and the product was outstanding accept one thing. The brown floor vents didn't come with matching screws so I gave it a 2 star rating. These vents are not a common brown color so buying off the self paint to match to paint screw is not going to happen. The vents should have come with screws!
Overall width and length, including flanges, not included in measurements.
2X10 is accurate measurement for floor opening but older Motor Home requires slightly wider flange to cover edges, especially if floor is laminate or vinyl. Have tried to find replacements with wider flange without success. All dimensions should be listed.
Vents are sturdy and finish is powder coated. Color good.
They, like most others are approximately 1/2" too narrow.

Fits perfect. Way better than the old plastic model we had. Hopefully mice dont ever get in under your trailer and in your ducts. The metal one kept them out of the main trailer sleeping quarters.

Holding up just fine, still look like new.
