Today we're going to take a look at the Lippert Components In-Wall RV Slide-Out Motor. Now, this part will keep your in-wall slide-out running smoothly using this replacement motor from Lippert Components. This extends and retracts your slide-out with ease. It's very easy to install inside the sidewall, no assembly required.Now, this is for use only on the Lippert Components in-wall slide-outs only. Your ratio on this motor is 300 to one. It is made in the USA.And the last thing I want to do is just give you some dimensions on this.
The length of the body, just the body itself, not including the shaft, is five and a quarter inches. We include the shaft, is going to be right at about six inches. And the diameter on this is going to be right at one and five eighths inches in diameter.But that should do it for the review on the Lippert Components In-Wall RV Slide-Out Motor.

Thought that the motor was bad, found that the wire coupler at the base of the slide out was corroded. The motor can be hard to put in. The motor is working good now.

I love working with etrailer. They are helpful, responsive and usually lower in price. I've purchased several items from them, this review is for a schwintech motor. Everything arrived as promised, pricing was ok although I did find one from another company cheaper after I ordered this one, and I was provided an installation instructional video with followup emails asking if I need help. Honestly, I don't mind paying extra for quality customer service! I wish RVs were made with the quality etrailer puts into their customer service! Bottom line here is that etrailer is great for your rv part needs. They provide quality service for a fair price!

After the motor on my Jayco 361REQS kitchen slide went bad, I researched the web for a replacement.
I found this one on Etrailer. The price great. I ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered on Thursday. The product was just as advertised, an exact match.
I followed the installation instructions, and the slide was working in 30 min. A great product.
I ordered on line, never spoke with anyone. However I was kept up to date on the status of the order I have used Etrailer in the past. Much more convient than local dealers. They have to order just like I did .
It was delivered to my door. Also no shipping charges.

The motor proved to be the solution to my Schwintek slide out problem. Hoping this motor proves to be more reliable. Fairly simple replacement procedure. Motor shipped quickly and arrived as scheduled. Great price and free shipping.

Motor arrived quickly w/ sparse padding in small box. Part number identical to failed unit but shrink wrap had been added by mfg to outside of motor, above gear section, likely to try slowing the corrosion from water ingress that killed the gearbox in failed unit. LCI does have info on website re replacement procedure, but info is very thin for doing the job in the real world. Set screw that holds motor in place quickly stripped the thin aluminum frame it is in, necessitating tapping for oversize screw. The resync procedure was VERY necessary. Slide now functions correctly once again.

Exact replacement that I needed. Easy checkout and shipped quickly for a good price. These motors must line up perfectly to drop into place. There are no videos or instructions anywhere that show how to align the 4 motor studs into the top block. Took a while but it works as it should.

Lippert actually recommends hydraulic fluid to wipe down and lube the slides and also stated that anything Silicone spray will dry out the seals. Put the hydraulic fluid on a rag and wipe the shafts and runners down with it several times and that should take care of the issue. Working fine. Save your self a lot of work and check wiring first. I found that all wire couplers were corroded. Causing motor to work sporadically.
