Undermount Design

This sink has an undermount design. Undermount sinks install from below the counter and attach with the perimeter lip, which helps increase counter space. And because the lip is placed against the underside, it is incredibly easy to clean food and other debris from the counters without it getting caught in the lip. Undermount sinks are generally constructed from higher quality materials such as stainless steel, so they usually tend to last longer than drop-in sinks.

Better Bath RV Kitchen Sink Installation

If you're replacing your sink, you'll simply use the existing cut-out hole in your countertop. If you're upgrading your indoor or outdoor sink setup, you may need to enlarge the hole. It should be 3/4" smaller than the overall length and width of the sink. Either way, once you have a proper size hole, you can either drop it in or place it against the underside before securing it to the counter. Brackets and mounting hardware are not included. Once the sink has been installed, it is compatible with any faucet setup and standard 3-1/2" garbage disposals and drain baskets.

Video Transcript for Review of Lippert Components RV Sinks - Farmhouse Style Kitchen Sink - LC389910

Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and today we're going to be taking a look at the Better Bath single bowl RV kitchen sink. This is kind of a farmhouse style sink to add a little class to your RV kitchen and give you that nice modern look. Has that front piece so it kind of floats there. It is designed to be an under-mount, so the countertop can come over the top lip here. You can either do that as a flush design where the countertop comes all the way to the edge or leave a little bit of a margin so that you still see that lip there.

It's kind of up to you and how you want to cut out your countertop. This is going to have a durable 20 gauge stainless steel construction, so it's going to look really nice for a long time and give you years of service. It's just a nice big single sink so you can have plenty of room to wash dishes, clean up and do all the things that you need to inside your RV sink. As far as the size with this, the outer length from lip to lip is going to be 27 inches, so from edge to edge there, 27. Front to back, let me switch that over to the other side. The front to back is going to be 16 and a half.

And then the depth overall is about seven inches. Do that where you can actually see that there, seven inches for the depth. The inner length is 24 and 7/8, so just shy of 25 inches. That's going from the top edge to the top edge of the inside of the sink. And then doing the same thing for the front to back, it's about 13 and 13/16, so just over three quarters of an inch.

Then our drain hole on the inside, that's going to have a three and a half inch diameter, so should work with your three and a half inch stinks. This does have a one year warranty. It's certified and CSA compliant and again should look really nice for your RV to help upgrade that kitchen and replace your old sink.Hopefully this video's been helpful in deciding if this is going to be right sink for you. If not, we do have other options available here at etrailer.com, so I encourage you to look them up. And we also have a whole range of sinks and faucets and all kinds of stuff to get your RV fitted out.

So check it out. Thanks for watching.

This item was dented on all four upper corners and in the center of the front on the top. It was packaged in a etrailer box and notin manufacturers shipping material. It had some crumpled paper packing on the upper side of the sink and the top of the box. The box had no exterior damage.

Exact replacement for factory coach sink!! As always, etrailer was a pleasure to work with when the first replacement sink was damaged upon arrival. Spoke with Noah and he had a replacement sink shipped the same day! Received sink in a few days and everything was perfect!

Second one we received, first was bent and didn’t hear back if they received it. New one Scratches easily. Same size as old one, we cover the front to protect it. We purchased different drain plug.

We didn't like the factory double bowl sink, and wanted a single bowl. This was a easy replacement. The size was the same, except that the factory installed had radius edges , do I just had to cut the 2 back corners square.
