I was giving one star because I received the wrong shipment and found my experience with customer service less than satisfactory.
I know that mistakes happen, but when I spoke with the CS rep, I did not feel that my situation was handled properly and I was kinda miffed about it. When a customer receives the wrong shipment, you should have a better way to handle it. Right now, I have paid for my products and not only do I not have them, I have no idea when I will be getting them. I was told that once I sent the "wrong" stuff back, I would receive an email about my shipment. As of now, I have heard nothing and have no idea when I will get the parts I need and planned to install before the weather turns bad.

I purchased two of these to replace the original Global Link latches that were on the two doors of my travel trailer. I also purchased two Global Link replacement cylinders for the storage doors. etrailer keyed all four locks the same. Now all the lockable door on my travel trailer open with the same key. No more 4 locks with 3 different keys.
It was actually cheaper to purchase new locks from etrailer.com than it was to have a locksmith or Camping World rekey the two existing door latches to the same key. It all worked great & they are super easy to install.

This isn't actually the right size for the Casita water door and I had to cut it and shave it down to fit.

After 1 year the RV Locks are working fine they are holding up better than the originals. I have ordered several other parts from etrailer in the year shipping is fast and products are always great.
