The best fitting fireplace I recommend for your cut out dimensions of 33 by 14-5/8 inches is the Greystone part # 324-000076 which has cut out dimensions of 29" wide x 4-3/8" deep x 14-1/3" tall and overall dimensions of 33-7/8" wide x 5-3/4" deep x 16-3/4" tall which means it will fit the cut out easily and also will cover up the cut out with the flange/lip for a nice look.
