Today we'll be taken a look at the Lippert Components 12 inch by 21 inch, inner and outer entry door window frame with seal in black. Part number LC363370. It's also available in white. Part number LC363369. The Lippert indoor outdoor window frame is the perfect replacement for your RV or camper's old worn out window frame. It measures 21 inches by 12 inches here on the inside and it's gonna fit your LCI radius RV doors. It's made out of a black extruded plastic, it's easy to install and there's no assembly required.
The glass is not included. Now that we know all the features lets go ahead and show you how to get it installed. As you can see my old one is faded. It's like a faded yellow color and I'd like to replace it. Let's go ahead and open up our camper door. Undo our screen.
Then we've got our window here with our screws. We'll just go ahead and take the first screw out. We're just gonna work our way around. Once we get them all out. We just kind of easily take off the frame.
You want to be sure and not break the window behind it. We can set that aside for now. Now to get the front portion of the frame off we can go ahead and bring our door around. Now its got some adhesive on this so it's kind of stuck on the door. We're gonna grab a plastic tool and try and work that around and pry it off. Now you can use a screwdriver, just be careful not to scratch the door.
Get underneath the end and just kinda pry it off and work your way around. Once one side gives way it should be fairly easy just to work your way around and get the rest of it off. There we go. Now before we replace our new window frame I'm going to go ahead and get some of this adhesive off here. I'm going to take my same scraping tool, or my plastic tool and work my way around and get some of that off there. Now with our door all cleaned off, let's go ahead and grab our new black window frame. The one with the sealant on it. Now it's a self sealing adhesive so we just need to press it firmly in place. Once we get the screws in place it's gonna pull it in nice and tight. Now with it in place we can open the door up. I'm going to get an extra set of hands. I'm going to have somebody come in and hold the frame in place while I place the glass in place. What you want to do is you want to make sure the textured side, if you do have a textured side that it's facing us. That way we can get a good grip on our seal. We're gonna set it in place. We've got some tabs sticking out here of where the glass should be. As you can see there's sealant for the glass too. The glass is just gonna rest up against it. It's held in place with these tabs along the frame. Then I'm gonna grab the other portion of my frame and set that in place. Now I'm just gonna go ahead and start a few screws in that way my buddy on the other side can let go. Now with the door open all the way we can go ahead and run the rest of our hardware through. Now with our hardware in place let's go and check it out. I'd say we got a pretty good seal. That's gonna complete our look at the Lippert Components 12 inch by 21 inch inner and outer entry door window frame with seal in black. Part number L3C63370.

I'm happy I bought this unit. It fit my 1990 Fleetwood Jamboree perfectly. The original unit was literally falling apart and this new unit installed easily. I gave it four stars because I'm not impressed with the plastic ratchet post/slot assembly. It closed with a lot of pressure and remained tight, which is great. However, it's plastic. While it's great for now, I would have preferred screws, which will last the next decade or two. Having no confidence in the long term viability of plastic, I used caulking in the post/slots to "glue" them together, and installed both the interior and exterior sections with caulking, hoping the caulking does the long term job of keeping the unit in place, even after the plastic has become brittle. I'll update you in 10 years - hahaha.
For now, I love the unit and would recommend it to anyone with my caveat about the plastic parts rather than screws.

I like the product, and it was easy to install. The delivery was fast within the week that I ordered it. I would have given it 5 stars if I had a choice of white on the inside and black on the outer door like the one, I replaced.

Installation was very simple and actually worked. The frame utilizes ratchet type plastic prongs instead of screws. Whether it actually works long term is yet to be seen. Once installed, it will be very difficult to remove without breaking the tabs. Hope it lasts a long time. The window fit precisely in the existing cutout. Push in then caulk the outside against the door surface.

The only thing I purchased from etrailer that I wish I hadn't. There were no instructions and I didn't find any until now that I'm writing the review. I was installing this into a door that didn't have a windo previously. Trying to figure out how large to cut the opening proved far more difficult than one would think. Once I got the hole to the correct size I found that the frame was wider than the door. This was because there was no frame built into the door. I ended up building a frame to make this work. I thought it might take a couple of hours to install instead it took closer to 8 hours.

Replacement frame for window on trailer door. It was a little harder to install than I expected but I think it was more the fault of the initial cutout. It’s been in for a year and so far so good!

Order all my RV Parts from here and it’s usually exactly what I need but was disappointed when opening this package. Pictures show a screw together frame but it is a snap together which I’m not confident that it will stop any water leaks or last very long

window frame was exactly as ordered. the only complaint i have is the tape you used to fasten the interior and exterior parts together for shipping. the tape left a nasty, very hard to remove, residue on the frames. i'm still trying to get it all off. i would suggest you wrap things like this in paper first, THEN tape over that. other than that, the shipping was fast i'm very pleased with my order. thanks much.........

Cheap, cheap junk. Does NOT bolt together, it clips so it’s not very secure. I will have to use silicone on outside to ensure seal. Difficult to assemble as RV doors are not ground level. Need 2 patient people to put together. Cheap plastic junk! Very disappointed!

The doors made by Lippert take a bigger window setup. The glass as well as the cutout is at least an inch bigger than older doors or another brand of door. The Lippert window frame setup is excellent value, especially since it comes with glass.

I bought this to replace a frame that was cracked. This kit was a perfect replacement and was easy to install. I used tape to hold the window in place while I screwed in the frame.

I wanted to replace my original window which is a snap on type with a screw on frame to make it easier to replace the glass. The picture of the window and discription said that the new frame is a screw on frame. I was very disappointed when I opened the box to find out it is the same snap on frame that I already have. I will be returning it. As far as the quality of the frame, it was just like the original, just didn’t want a snap on.

The quality of the frame is good.
The two piece frame was taped together with packing tape. I had to use paint thinner to get tape adhesive off the frame. They should use a band of paper taped around frame to keep adhesive away from plastic.

This was a perfect fit replacement for my 1994 Prowler. I had my wife holding the outside half with the glass as I screwed in the inside frame to the outside frame. It was easy with a helper. At first it looked like it may have been the wrong size, but as I tightened all of the screws the whole unit pulled together and sealed perfectly.
