  The parts you are suggesting are; # 37207-31455 Propane Hose, # 37207-31525 regulator, and # 100575-15-MBS propane tank Type-1 pigtail. Looks good for two 40# tanks. If you only have one tank, then you only need one pigtail and you can use a regular regulator like the JR Products # 37207-30335 made for RV's and supporting 175,000 BTU. Depending on the WC rating needed for the appliances you're using you can use the Low Pressure RV LP Gas Regulator # 37207-30335 which has a 9" WC rating and 175,000 BTU rating or the Camco Single Stage Propane Regulator # CAM59013 which has an 11" WC rating and 200,000 BTU rating.
