Speaker 1: Today, we're taking a look at the Buyers Products 12 LED Thin Mount Strobe Light for Amber Thin Mount Light. It's a rectangular strobe light that's designed with an ultra-slim, 3/8th inch profile. It's great for fitting into tighter areas. This is ideal for work trucks, utility trucks or trailers.This is a 12 to 24 volt strobe light that features 12 LEDs or diodes. It features 25 flash patterns to choose from with alternating and synchronized functions. The strobe light has an SAE J595 class one rating.

It's also waterproof with an IPX8 waterproof rating.Now, it is an LED system. LEDs make great replacements for incandescent lights. They last longer, they burn brighter, they're more efficient. With LEDs, you don't have to worry about replacing bulbs or worry about brittle filaments. Has a really nice black housing, it's an aluminum housing.

Nice, clear lens, that's amber LEDs.It's a surface mount installation. Mounting hardware and gasket are included. It's a four-wire design. The red wire is your positive power wire, black is ground, white is for low power and then yellow is for connecting multiple light heads together and, also, for changing the flash pattern.Now, when it comes to the dimensions of the unit, starting with the overall length measurement going edge to edge, it's about four and a half inches by one and three quarter inches. Again, the thickness is 3/8th of an inch.

Mount holes on the unit are separated on center by about four and 1/8th inches.We're going to go ahead and hook it up to power. That way, you can see what it looks like with power running to it. We will also turn off our overhead lights, so you can see it in a low light setting. It does have a memory function. Whatever pattern you had it on last, whenever you reapply power, it'll go back to that pattern.

It does have a solid pattern, and that's why I have set it on that first. I want to show that it offers 25 flash patterns, but it also has a nice solid one.Now, when it comes to the wattage, it's 9.4 watts with an amperage of 0.78 amps. To switch between the flash patterns, you need to take the yellow wire and just touch it to positive power. Then, every time you do that, it'll change the flash pattern. I'm going to cycle through these, and we'll go all the way through until we get back to that solid pattern. About every three seconds or so, I'm simply just touching the yellow wire to my 12 volt positive power wire. Again, every time I do, it allows me to change the flash pattern of this light. We'll keep going.It's a really nice bright design. Again, 12 LEDs or 12 diodes, that's a multi-diode design. That really helps optimize the overall light output. The clear lens allows plenty of light to come through. Again, it features amber LEDs. Also, it comes with installation instructions, shows you exactly how to get it wired up.
