This combination of an EZ-Retriever pole and two truck-bed pockets gives you flexibility in organizing and using your truck bed. With the telescoping EZ-Retriever pole, you can grab hard-to-reach items using a coated hook that won't scratch your gear or your bed. The lightweight pole extends up to 69 inches, allowing you to reach all the way back into your truck box.
The two 6-inch-tall truck-bed pockets extend from your wheel wells to the end of the bed near your tailgate. Each pocket is the width of your wheel well, and the streamlined fit means that they won't interfere with loading cargo into the bed. Store chemical bottles, tools or grocery bags securely in the pockets - your items won't slide around. These stylish, diamond tread aluminum storage pockets install using self-drilling screws.
The pockets are also notched so that you can use them to store your EZ-Retriever, preventing cargo in front of it from sliding back toward your cab. Your gear is always within reach when you have this cargo management combination from Access.

Today we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Access Easy Retriever and G2 Galvanized Aluminum Truck Bed Storage Pockets, part number A70025. It's also available in diamond plate, part number A70035. Stow your towing equipment, automotive supplies, or anything else you need easy access to in your truck bed. This kit creates two truck bed pockets to keep your gear organized and out of the way. It also features an easy retriever pull so you can access items in your truck bed without climbing in. The pull itself features a rubberized end, so it won't harm or scratch your gear. It extends up to 60" long.
Turn it counterclockwise to unlock it, and then clockwise to lock it in place. With the easy retriever in place it creates a safe storage space here at the rear. We have two spacing options. It's going to be the perfect addition for your camper shell, or a tunnel cover. It's made out of a galvanized aircraft grade aluminum, and it comes with all the hardware you need to get it installed. Now that we've gone over the features I'll go ahead and show you how to get it installed.
If we we're not using a truck bed mat we would just install this flush with the bottom of our truck bed, but since we are we're going to be installing some spacers to create a gap, that way our customer can easily remove the mat when they want. These are just some washers. So I've just got it lined up here with the rear of my truck bed, that way it's flush coming to the inside, and our wheel well as you can see, we've got many different options depending on our truck. For our truck we're going to go with the one here. Now it comes with four self-tapping screws, two for each side. We're going to start back here.
Then we'll repeat the same process here at the front. Now we can remove the spacers and we can go ahead and repeat the same process on the other side. Now we can set our retriever in place and we're all set. That's going to complete our look at the Access Easy Retriever and G2 Galvanized Aluminum Truck Bed Storage Pockets.

The product came on time and is as advertised. I have not installed it yet, but installation looks like a piece of cake and it will serve my purposes.

This is a great product if you own a pickup. Things slide to the front of the bed and they are hard to reach. This will allow you to retrieve cargo without having to climb in the bead. It is well built and light.
Very useful product. Saves a lot of 'jumping up and down' into that pickup bed. Have had several of these and have given them as gifts. Really great product.
Works great. An extremely useful tool for reaching in the bed to retrieve those items that shifted forward towards the cab of the truck ( suitcases, boxes of books, bags of mulch, flats of plants, etc) . No more crawling into the bed and stretching to reach something that has slid forward, besides i am too old to be crawling around any more. I keep mine stored in the trunk compartment of my Ridgeline. It collapses to a storable length. Very strong and well built. Worth the money. Glad I bought it and I use it often. I highly recommend this item especially for truck beds with tonneau covers - no more crawling underneath!!
After one year this has held up. I have found many uses than just retrieving objects out of the back of the truck. I now use it to adjust my forward awing on the 5th wheel. I also us it to help drain the slide toppers after a heavy rain. Anytime you need a longer helping hand it's perfect. It locks up tight to push or pull. Highly recommended.
I like that the Access EZ-Retriever is made of aluminum & that it telescopes out to 69". I plan to keep it in my pick up truck & use it for retrieving stuff from the front of my truck box. It saves me from climbing up in to my truck box.
Very good quality. Will make reaching gear in bed with Tonneau cover much easier. Shipping updates very good.
I was hesitant on the plastic end but it turned out to be really durable. The only problem is the handle ripped after a while. it went through a heavy beating though for the work I was doing with it.
If you have a cover on your pickup bed, this is a must. Worth every penny.

I am loving the Access EZ-Retriever. I should have bought one years ago, as it saves time and requires less effort to empty the bed of my truck. The one issue I have is that I can no longer lock the handle or length. To be fair, I used it for a year to retrieve heavy musicians’ road cases. Overall, I am quite pleased. Thank you for your products!

I am in the process of evaluating this product, I am a warehouse manager for US Foods and have given these to our cases selectors, to get, hard to reach items and cases at the back of the pallets without damaging them. If this product works for them, we will be buying many more and I will be forwarding the results to our entire distribution network all 65 warehouses. With the constant use these are receiving, I had our Maint dept add Loctite to the end bolt as this hook end would loosen up under heavy use, with that addition they seem to be working fine.

Bought this here at work because I had the opportunity to test it out first. Works great and is plenty long when extended for an 8' bed truck. The easy twist extension locking mechanism is solid and easy to use. I have a camper shell and crawling in to get stuff close to the cab is hard on the knees, not to mention the back of the head when backing out. This eliminates that for all but the heaviest of items. I have an XXL duffel that I load very heavy, 60 or 70 pounds, and I can drag it from the cab to the tailgate with no issues.
This product arrived a day before promised and it is just what I was looking for. At 63 and with 2 artificial knees, it is rough to crawl to the front of my truck with the cap on. This will make it so much easier to unload and even load things in the front of the truck bed. Thank-you etrailer again for your speedy, professional and personal service. I will use you again for any needs I may have and will recommend you to anyone who needs truck accessories.

This will help to get our luggage etc. from the front of the truck bed without having to climb up into the bed. Haven't had the opportunity to use yet but I feel it will do the job

I use the extending grab bar for tons of other things as well as reaching in the pickup bed. Super handy!
