Bulkhead Tray Helps Organize Your Truck Bed
The TruXedo Truck Luggage bulkhead tray is the perfect storage solution to keep your truck bed organized. Don't worry about tools or small items sliding around the bed of your truck while you're driving anymore. This convenient tray keeps loose items off the truck bed floor and easily installs on any truck make or model. The bulkhead tray also works in conjunction with any tonneau cover and installs under the cover's mounting hardware.
Adjustable Leveling System Locks Tray in Place
Metal screws on the back of the tray tighten by hand to clamp the tray to your bulkhead. These screws also fill the gap between the back of the tray and bulkhead, allowing the tray to sit level on any size truck from any manufacturer. The ends of the screws are outfitted with plastic tips to secure the tray firmly in place, keeping it from sliding across the bulkhead while you're driving. The plastic tips also protect the bulkhead from scratches or from tearing your truck bed liner.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Truxedo Bulkhead Tray for truck beds. This is going to be a universal tray to catch any of those smaller items inside your truck, so they're not sliding around. It's going to be nice and low profile, so that it will fit underneath most tonneau covers. It is designed to work with Truxedo's Tonneau covers, but pret much anything that doesn't mount directly to the bulkhead of your truck, this can fit on. It pret much just goes over that bulkhead channel, and then there's a couple of little spacers to take up the gap there, and provide some leveling aspect to this. You can just thread those out until your tray is at the level that you want it since that will push against the front of the bed, and level out your tray.
It's pretty easy to install, really no hardware to worry about.You'll notice on the bottom of the tray, there are a couple of holes. That's to let any water or dirt drain through. It's not going to be anything that's going to catch water and be a basin there. It's constructed of a durable, vacuum formed ABS plastic. ABS just means that it's going to be a more durable plastic than your typical construction.
Again, it's a pret easy install. As far as our dimensions, it's going to be 24 and a half inches long, by 12 and a half inches wide, and six and a half inches deep, going from the top to the basin. As far as the lip, that is going to be about four inches. The inside length is going to be about 22 and a half inches, at the widest point. And going the other direction, it's about eight inches wide.
Again, that's the inner dimension there.It works with a bulkhead with a maximum width of two and seven-eighth inches. Most truck beds you should be good there. Just slides right over, you adjust those metal screws to get your leveling right. There is a little rubber tip on each one so you don't have to worry about those digging into our truck bed itself, or causing any scratches there. Overall, pretty easy way to keep all your gear organized and contained.
