Ultra-Fab 5th Wheel King Pin Tripod Stabilizer - Steel - 33" to 62" - 1,200 lbs

Missing a piece, have called and it is on it’s way, disappointing though…. I did read reviews and it seems to be a consistent issue and I took a chance that it would arrive intact, but to know avail. I do appreciate the expediency that it was dealt with. It seems the issue is with shipping, weak boxes and it was beat up in transit and a part of the stand fell out of the box….1483943

Love the stability it provides, and the slot in the saddle provide a great place to lock it on to the 5th wheel pin, while we are parked.1708803

I really love the stability it supplies for my Fifthwheel, it was hard to find one that offered the extended height the jack offered, acually it came to me with a pin missing, I called to request a new pin and I had it within 2 days, great service !!!1651192

Easy to set up. Gives our 5th wheel more stability. I like the feature that you can lock it to the kingpin. Lightweight and compact for storage yet strong enough to stabilize the trailer. We are full-timers and have noticed a significant advantage to using this product.1269707

The kingpin stabilizer is still working great. When we move it’s easy to disconnect and fold up. We don’t have any movement in the front when the stabilizer is in place. Well worth buying if and using it.

Not quite as sturdy as I expected but when placed under the king pin it was very solid. Shipping was fast but the carton was open on one end and parts were falling out as the UPS driver unloaded the box. Fortunately all the parts were there.1608882

I have used it every time I’ve set up my 5th wheel and it does a great job. No issues or problems easy to set up and use

The tripod for my 5th wheel camper works great. The 1st shipment was missing several parts due to shipping damage. etrailer sent me an additional tripod that was not damaged & I sent the 1st part back to etrailer with free shipping. You can't receive better customer service than that!!! I am now a loyal customer1417805

I would have given this five stars except that it was delivered with two of the legs missing. The poor condition of the package leads me to believe it was previously sold to someone else and then returned and without the legs. The package was then sent out to me without being inspected.

Once I got through to etrailer (which was a very long wait until my call was actually answered, the young lady who took my call was very responsive in getting out the missing legs to me.

Maybe in the future they could inspect returned packages to make sure they are complete before sending it out to another buyer.1312077

I am sorry to hear that jack arrived missing the legs. I know that our shipping department does their best to inspect all packages before they are shipped. With the package arriving in poor condition it is possible that the legs were lost in shipment. I do see that we have had the legs shipped out to you.

The Fifth Wheel stand arrived today and the package was in pretty bad shape with clear packing tape wrapped on both ends. Two of the three hitch pins were broken and missing parts. Since we travel full time I carry extra hitch pins with me. Got unit up and ready and installed. May want to suggest that the Manufacturer improve packaging!. I will still continue to use etrailer you have a great company and great CS.

etrailer came through got it to me in time for our big camping trip even though it wasn’t looking like it was going to show up in time. The jack works perfectly, build quality is good. Took most of the away out of our 5th wheel. It does exactly what it is designed to do. Watch your fingers though it’s a finger pincher for sure. Very happy with it would recommend to anyone.1285786

Thank you for the review! I wanted to suggest a different style of stabilizer. It is significantly more expensive but may give you the results you are looking for. Part # LC675817 consists of six electric jacks to stabilize your application versus just the jack at the front.

Box was damaged and re-taped. There is a foot missing from the tripod.1639804

After veering how the front jacks are made and cheaply made, we bought this front stabilizer jack and it is great. Much smaller than my previous one which makes it great for storing. Sure takes any wiggle out of the unit and stabilized any movement. Highly recommend this product!884578
