Perfect fit for my older Yacht boy trai ler...1642660

I had to order the replacement rollers due to the press nuts on the shafts of both side rollers came off due to vibration. I use a lot of gravel roads in Canada fishing and the press nuts do not stay on so I lost parts of both side rollers. I am fixing this problem by drilling the shafts and installing a cotter pin that should not come out unless I take it out. I ordered the boat guide system from you about two years ago and that is the only thing that has gone wrong.269559

The orginal guide rollers caps on my pontoon boat trailer were getting hard (and brittle) but the larger rollers remained soft. One shaft was bent causing that roller not to turn properly so I replaced the shaft at the same time as the caps. A 5 min repair while the boat was off the trailer.
