Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Yates Blue Endcap for Boat Trailer Rollers. Endcaps easily install on the same brackets that your keel, spool, or bow rollers are mounted to, you just attach each endcap to the shaft on the outside of the roller bracket, and then secure the endcap in place with a cap nut or a pal nut, and not only do the endcaps provide more surface area for better boat-to-trailer contact, but they also help to keep your boat from being scratched by sharp bracket edges. Now, this is made in the USA of thermal-plasticized rubber, also known as TPR, it's non-marking, non-scratching material that is stronger and more durable than traditional rubber and softer and more pliant than polyurethane. This is designed for a half inch diameter shaft, and let me retrieve my ruler here and just give you some overall dimensions. The diameter here is sitting right at 2 3/4 inches, and then the width, we're sitting right at an inch wide. Well, that's gonna conclude our brief look today, I do hope that it was helpful for you.

I use these fir my pwc. This material and shape did the trick. The v-blocks would split after a couple usages. These have held up very well.
This is not the only item I ordered. I also ordered the Yates Bow Roller- Item: YR 300B. Was told that when I placed my order (did by calling Etrailer), that it would take up to 10 days to receive it. Well, order was placed on Nov. 1st, received order on Nov. 3rd. 2 days to get it, now that's what I call fast service.
Both parts ordered fit my trailer with no problems what-so-ever. It looks better on my trailer that that ugly black roller that left black marks on my hull.

I had to replace this end cap when the previous one was destroyed by a run away winch handle. This one matched the old one perfectly. I ordered it and received it within four days. I could not have been happier with the service.
Smaller diameter than the OEM black roller. In addition, this roller is designed for a 1/2" shaft. The keel roller which mates with this roller is designed for a 5/8" shaft. etrailer does not offer this roller with a 5/8" shaft hole.
Great product and great prices.
Will continue to use etrailer for all mr trailer needs.

GREAT !!!!. No problems at all. I purchased another product like this one, and it cracked, did not hold up at all. E Trailers holds up and is not cracking or anything.
