Today we're going to be taking a look at the CE Smith frame strap. Frame straps are designed to be used with U bolts to secure accessories to your trailer frame. This is going to be made from a rust proof aluminum construction that's very strong and durable. It's going to be great for marine use or any application that's exposed to moisture. The product's going to include one frame strap. It's made right here in the USA.

If we take a look at some measurements real quick, the first one that we're going to look at is measuring the distance that we have from the center of one hole to the center of the other hole. That's going to give us a measurement of 6 3/4 of an inch. The distance between the holes, that's going to measure 6 1/4 of an inch. Overall length from edge to edge is going to measure at 8 1/4. The width is going to give us a measurement of an inch and a 1/2.

The bolt hole diameter is going to measure 7 1/6ths of an inch and the thickness of the aluminum plate is going to measure 1/4 of an inch.
