Today we're going to be taking a look at the CE Smith frame strap. Now frame straps are used with U bolts to secure accessories to your trailer frame. This is made from a rust proof aluminum construction that's very sturdy and durable. It's going to be ideal for marine use or on a snowmobile trailer because it is highly resistant to rust and corrosion. This is good for 1 frame strap so 1 frame strap is included. It's made right here in the USA. If we take a measurement, the distance between the mount holes going on center, we can see that's going to give us a measurement of 6 and 3/4 of an inch.
Overall length of the unit is 8 and 1/4 inches. The width is an inch and a half. The thickness that's going to measure about 3/8 of an inch thick and then the bolt hole diameter, that's going to measure 9/16 of an inch. That's going to do it for today's look at the CE Smith frame strap.
