This Genius smart charger removes the frustration of having to own multiple devices to charge different battery types and vehicles. This Genius smart charger was designed to provide a simple, user-friendly experience. The mode button allows you to easily cycle through the unit's charge settings. Back-lit LED indicators let you verify that the unit is operating correctly, and they allow it to be easily operated at night. This Genius 10-amp smart charger has 8 selectable charging modes that let you quickly switch between charging different lead-acid and lithium-ion battery types at different voltages. Traditional battery chargers generally only work with a specific voltage or battery type, like lithium-ion or AGM batteries, or only in special circumstances like charging in cold environments. This Genius smart charger gives you the versatility to tackle different battery types and charging situations in one charger.

The charger works with 6V and 12V wet cell, gel cell, enhanced flooded, calcium, maintenance-free, AGM, and lithium-ion batteries with baterry management systems (BMS). A 12V repair mode lets you restore lost capacity to sulfated and old batteries.
The Genius 10-amp can detect and charge batteries that have been drained to 1-volt. And by activating the Force Mode, the charger can even charge dead batteries with 0-volts. Traditional chargers can't detect a battery when the voltage drops below a certain level. To activate Force Mode hold the mode button down for 5 seconds.
12V power supply mode lets you power a 12V accessory. This works great for powering accessories like a tire inflator around the home or garage.
The needle-nosed battery clamps included with this Genius smart charger are designed to easily connect to battery terminals of all shapes and sizes. Unlike typical, plastic battery clamps, these clamps are constructed entirely of metal, ensuring maximum conductivity. The clamps are covered with an over-molded plastic housing, which makes them easy to operate even with work gloves on. A built-in 20-amp fuse protects your connection against dangerous overloads.
Extra-large 13/32" eyelet connectors can be unbolted from the clamps for direct mounting to terminals on hard-to-reach batteries. The lie-flat design ensures maximum contact with terminals to optimize current transfer.
This Genius smart charger plugs into an available wall outlet to quickly charge and maintain your battery. High-frequency switch-mode technology converts AC power into safe DC power to fully charge batteries. An onboard microcomputer monitors and controls this charging process to minimize power loss and maximize efficiency. The included mounting bracket with hook-and-loop strap lets you mount the unit in an enclosed compartment, garage, or workspace.

Charges lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries.Exactly like the description it is easy to use and I'm happy I bought it. I used it on three marine deep cycle 12-volt batterers to charge them and the maintain them for winter so I can reinstall in RV in the spring.
The NOCO Genius 10 is a solid, well-built product that is compact and easy to use. We are using it as a battery maintainer/trickle charger via the cigarette lighter adapter. Very pleased with this purchase!

My noco genius charger is working great. I’ve had it a year now and am very happy with its results. I like it’s nice compact size.
The charger has operated flawlessly for almost a year.
simple to use, relatively fast charging. Particularly like that it has both alligator clamps and ring terminals. "Intelligent" charge controller quickly charges a dead battery but also dials back to trickle charges then off when full for better battery life (and less evaporation on non-sealed batteries) so you can leave the battery attached for optimum over winter storage.
We have had this charger for about a year now. We use it to recharge batteries for the camper and boat, and maintain them over the off season. It has worked great to charge both our conventional wet cell and AGM 12 volt batteries. It charges the batteries in a reasonable amount of time and, due to the "smart" multi-stage charging technology built into the charger, we do not have to worry about over charging the batteries. I highly recommend this charger.
8 months after purchasing my NOCO Genius the battery on my truck went dead, best I could get was a little clicking, no lights, radio, nothing. My first thought was a lose connection however after checking and finding everything in order I hooked up the NOCO, turned it on and fired the truck right up. This was my first experience with this type of device and did not know what to expect, I was completely impressed by how well the NOCO Genius worked! It is a must have and will always be a part of my onboard took kit!
I like that it's weather proof and has selectable charging. It charges car batteries quickly, but I mostly use it to charge the chassis batteries in my motorhome while it's in storage. The only negative I've found is that it doesn't handle Arizona summers, but I haven't found a charger that does. I use it for a few hours early in the morning and that seems to be sufficient. I installed the NOCO eyelet terminal accessory on each set of batteries.
Excellent addition to our Scamp trailer stuff. Etrailer advice and service was excellent.

Great - everything Id hoped for
It has saved us money now that we know you can't let the battery go died. This set up is a life saver at keeping our battery charged
Not sure why they chose the name "Genius" since it turns out I had to do a fair bit of button pushing to set it to charge my 6v battery. It also runs very hot.
Supposedly, however, it will remember that setting next time.
Finally, The instructions are not only poorly written, they're printed in a very small font. I normally do not have to use a magnifying glass to read instructions. There's plenty of room in the elaborate packaging so I cannot understand why they couldn't have made it much bigger. Not sure this item was the best choice for maintaining my batteries.
