I reached out to Superchips for help with this as they handle all the technical questions. Since your vehicle battery died before the programming was able to be completed you will need to have your PCM re-flashed by a service shop on your 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe. I recommend having a Battery Charger # 329-GENIUS10 on your vehicle battery anytime you are doing this type of programming or working on anything that requires battery power to be on and the battery cannot be disconnected.
