Replacement Adjustment Handle for Ram Adjustable Gooseneck Coupler GCSQTW-30008
If the coupler will not adjust be sure that the set screw (shown in the linked photo) has been loosened to allow the coupler to move. If the set screw has been loosened and the unit will not adjust try applying a product like PB Blaster or WD40 to the set screw hole with the unit upside down so that it can flow down into the mechanism.
