Product is excellent, took a few extra days to get here but that's because of flood, snow, ice... pandemic. Overall good. Be careful, these were seized in and I had to break them off and replace them to adjust to new vehicle rails. replacements look good.1247037

One year out? Well my roof rack is still attached so thats good. I mean... yeah. The bolts are still being bolts.

Took the rack and rest of the family trekking vehicle up to Newfoundland and the Nova Scotia for a 3700 five week family walk about and the rack took care of the luggage box and two kayaks. Works like a charm!

The product I received was to replace my old ones. They were two years old. The negative thing about this item is the outside is plastic. The inside bolt is metal . So when you leave this on your car for two years and then want to take them off, they strip. I would think if there was a way to have s metal sleeve inside the knob this wouldn't happen. As far as etrailer.coms role in getting me the replacements, they did a great job. 120759

Yakima website is a bit confusing when it comes to parts in general and especially when it comes to parts for discontinued items. Not so with etrailer. Repair parts for my early rack towers were easy to find and quickly in my hands. Great site with great customer service.490866

Exact replacement bolts for our Yakima railgrab claw assembly.

***Please note to use a dab of anti-seize lubricant on these bolts or they will bond to the Yakima claw assemblies and become inseparable requiring the installer to purchase new Yakima claw assemblies and Yakima threaded bolts if the Yakima rails are ever used on a different vehicle.***234909

Still working great. No issues at all.

I started to reattach my Yakima rack. A couple of thes adjustment jobs were very stuck in place on the towers. I realized the others were headed in the same non-functional direction, and decided to replace all of them "while I am at it."

Yakima has great products, well engineered, etc. But some small things - like these knobs - just last so long.

E-trailer did a great job of fulfilling my order quickly. Quality speaks for itself, and I am happy to share the story.

A little background on the replacement parts- my original adjustment knobs corroded in the roof rack towers, forcing me to cut the plastic in order to use a wrench to get them off. I searched around and found that Yakima had replacements available. Fit like the originals, though I did apply grease this time, in order to avert another corrosion problem.222883
