The replacement rack pads I bought through etrailer.com were so easy to find on their website and very easy to order. The rack itself is quite old and I was worried I wouldn't be able to find replacement parts for it. Thanks to etrailer I can continue using this rack! The pads were shipped promptly. I initially had some trouble with the credit card I used and Nicole called me the morning after I place my order and left me a message. When I returned her call, I was expecting to have to speak with a chain of people, but she answered the phone and helped me right away.
