Very disappointed. They broke while bike was mounted on car. Luckily the bike didn’t fall off but I wish they were better quality.
Item was exactly as described. The order was shipped fast. Would definitely order from etrailer again.
old straps had deteriorated after 20+ years of service - new ones are an exact replacement - thanks
These rubber replacement strap were a little different but I think they will get the job done,being new if I properly take care of them they are less likely to cracks like my other ones and hooking my bicycles will be a breeze knowing the straps are secure.Thxs etrailer, will order again.

It was nice to know I could still find the old bike straps for my old bike rack. Everything went smoothly with my order.
These are the best,I use them on a 2015 Indian Chieftain .I hook my net to hold down my lunch bag on my way to work and back.I used to hook the net to the edges of the rear saddlebags .But was destroying the rubber seals.You straps hook around the saddlebag mounts and leaves one hole to hook my net to.Awesome product.

Great service and email follow-up from etrailer. The only place I could find this part - all others the hole size is too small. Last circle would be better as a hole vs tab to make pulling easier.

product works as desired. Larger inner diameter whole is critical to it working properly. Anything smaller is too small to work on my bike rack.
Despite the fact that it took a while to fill my order due to supplier issues, etrailer stayed in touch periodically until I received my item, which was exactly what I needed, btw!
This was my second purchase from etrailer and I can recommend them with confidence!

Wonderful to find a product that is really needed from a company other than the original provider. The replacement straps for my Yakima Big Horn bike rack from years past were not easy to find until I came across etrailer. They provide accessories other companies don't offer.

Awesome! Great quality
Got what I ordered and the items were in brand new condition. The package arrived in a very timely manner. Although the sealed bags say are from Yakima, the contents look exactly like my original ones but without the globe embossed image. I'm pretty sure they're from Yakima.

So far,the rubber is holding up, no cracking and no hardening.
I have an older model Yakima bike rack that is hard to get parts for. Etrailer came through with just the right parts, and I don't have to buy a new bike rack.
Bike shops have long stopped to carry replacement rubber straps for older Yakima Big Horn Models. These straps become brittle and brake after about five years of use.
I'm glad to have found the straps at etrailer. Great to be able to use the bike rack again.

We own an older model of a Yakima trailer hitch 4 Bike rack. The rubber straps were so worn and unsafe to be using. After a search on the internet I found what appeared to be the exact strap
for our setup. I ordered them and they arrived much faster than anticipated! The price was very reasonable, shipping was fast and not exorbitant, and best of all - it is the exact strap to fit our rack. Thank you.
The replacement rubber straps for my bike rack are exactly what I needed, and the straps for my older model rake have been hard to find elsewhere. The reason for my 5-star rating, however, has more to do with the helpful staff. Anyone can offer a product, but the staff at etrailer.com (William specifically) made sure I received the correct product, and followed up with me continuously until he confirmed I had received it and that it fit my specific rack. He also exchanged it after discovering I had ordered the wrong product originally (I’d ordered the 8-hole strap instead of the correct 5-hole strap). Thank you William! Looks like the exact replacement I needed for my older Big Horn Yakima Bike Rack, these get lost or stolen so easily. Good quality, doesn’t have the Globe on them like the originals but those are only available used any more. I’ve bought from other places online and end up getting the newer chain hole straps. Thanks etrailer you have enough parts I’ve been able to keep all my older bike racks working.
After owning my Yakima trailer hitch bike rack for 25 years, the rubber lashing straps needed to be replaced. Looked locally in 3 different bike shops and found nothing. Turned to the internet, found etrailer and in 3 days had the replacement straps and now don't have to worry that the old straps might give out! Great service....thanks etrailer.
These so called Yakima "replacement" straps are no where near the thickness and quality of the originals. It is sad that companies cannot make replacement parts EXACTLY as the original part that they are replacing. It makes no sense! These will work but will probably only last half as long as the originals did.

We have another set of Yakima replacement straps that may be the proper ones, depending on bike rack model. The other set of Yakima replacement straps available is part Y02412.
Wow! I found etrailer in a google search looking for replacement rubber straps for my old Yakima truck mount bike rack. I ordered on a Sunday night, had an email early the next morning that the 2 sets of straps were shipped out and they arrived Tuesday. I am so happy I found etrailer and got this chore off my to-do list!
They are the wrong product for my rack, but will work. The loops are bit big so I have to make sure they are always strapped on both ends if there isn't a bike attached so I don't lose one.
